Alongside all of the usual stuff (Monster Make Ups and Competitions etc), we have a bunch of extra things that your child can take part in during the April School Holidays!
Get some extra lessons
Our awesome tutor, Mike, will be taking some extra lessons through the school holidays for kids that are keen to continue with their learning. Mike is an absolute legend on Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Ukulele - so if you’re learning one of these instruments, this is your chance to get extra coaching from one of the best!

💰 $35 per 30 minute session

Rockband Training Sessions
Is your child in a rock band, or do they have some mates who want to start one but don’t know where to begin? Our Rock Band Training Sessions are perfect for young musicians who are either:
✅ Already in a band and want to level up
✅ Keen to start a band but need help getting started. No prior band experience needed!
To get the most out of the session, each band should ideally have at least a drummer, a guitarist, and a vocalist - but more members are welcome!
We provide all the gear (amps, speakers, drums, microphones) so all they need to bring is their guitar (if they play one) and their bandmates! We can even hook them up with some cool electric guitars to use!
💰 Cost: $150 per 1.5 hour session (split between band members)
The Drum Doctor
Let’s be honest, most drum kits at home are set up by parents… which usually means they’re set up wrong! We see it all the time: wobbly stands, drums angled awkwardly, hi-hats too high or too low, drums spaced so far apart the kids can’t even reach them, and loose screws ready to fall out. Sound familiar? Don’t worry - this is exactly what you need!
These April school holidays, you can book a visit from the Drum Doctor (aka Monster Simon!). He’ll come to your house, get your drum kit set up perfectly, and even show you how to adjust it yourself. Best part? He’ll hook you up with your very own drum key, so you can keep things sounding (and feeling) great in the future.

✅ Simon will show you/your child how to adjust things moving forward
